Located in Riyadh’s Laysen Valley mixed-use development, Laysen Valley Offices Building Phase 3 is part of a modern integrated community combining office, commercial, hospitality, and public spaces. Inspired by a simple and contemporary architectural approach, the project creates an international office environment that balances business functionality with urban identity. WholeTops provided the metal facade system for the building exterior, working closely with the design team to manufacture and deliver 13,826 square meters of customized irregular-shaped aluminum panels. Featuring customized special-shaped design, the aluminum panels create dynamic facade surfaces with layered visual effects, blending modern architectural expression with Saudi traditional design elements and local characteristics. The customized panels enhance the building’s unique identity and contemporary visual appeal.
