Located in the heart of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, the Central Business District (CBD) is one of the largest urban development projects under the Belt and Road Initiative and a key part of Egypt’s future political and financial center. The project covers a total built-up area of approximately 1.7 million square meters and consists of 20 high-rise buildings and supporting infrastructure, including the iconic tower reaching 386 meters, which will become one of the tallest buildings in Africa. WholeTops provided metal facade systems, ceiling systems, and roofing systems for the project. With advanced metal panel manufacturing capabilities and comprehensive project support, WholeTops is expected to deliver approximately 75,600 square meters of customized products. The aluminum panels are precisely applied to the high-rise building systems, creating a clean and modern facade appearance through consistent design and refined surface finishes. The panels enhance the overall architectural quality while meeting the requirements of high-rise buildings for safety, stability, and long-term weather resistance, contributing to the creation of an iconic landmark with international design standards and lasting value.
